We want you to love your Voeu Atelier pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@voeuatelier.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once we receive your return and verify it's in original condition, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
We're happy to exchange your item for a different style. Please contact us at hello@voeuatelier.com to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to the same 14-day timeframe and condition requirements as returns.
